Come learn traditional Karate-Do, Jeet Kun Do, Kali / Arnis, Boxing, and Kickboxing. Workout and train in our new MMA cage. Our staff of instructors consist of Sempai Army Major Shawn Stroop. Shannon Morris, Jamie Mimma, Thomas Trautfelter, Westley Belcher. All well trained in the art of Karate.
Sensei Ismael Munoz has 35 years of experience in Martial Arts. Sensei Munoz was a student of Shu Takahashi, Assistant Chief instructor of the Japan Karate Association (JKA)
Sempai Shawn Stroop is a recently retired Army Major with over 10 years of Martial Arts experience in Shotokan, Bushido and Army Combatives. He also brings a wealth of experience in the art of war fighting in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He also has experience in operations other than war that include Operation Joint Endeavor in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Operations within Africa. Sempai Shawn is also a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, 2 x Defense Meritorious Service Medals, 2 x Army Meritorious Service Medals, 4 x Army Commendation Medals, the Joint Achievement Medal and 3 x Army Achievement Medals. His enthusiasm for Shotokan can be felt throughout the Dojo.
Sempai Matthew Munoz has trained with world renowned martial artists Dan Inosanto, Richard Bustillo and Ricci Tucci. Three disciples of the famous Bruce Lee.
